What is CIPP sewer relining?
CIPP stands for Cured-In-Place Pipe. A flexible liner is saturated with epoxy resin, inserted into your existing damaged pipe, then inflated and cured to form a brand-new pipe inside the old one. The result is a seamless, joint-free pipe that's stronger than the original — with no digging required.

How the job gets done
Step 1
Free camera inspection
We run a CCTV camera through your sewer lateral to locate cracks, root intrusion, offsets, or collapse. You see exactly what we see.
Step 2
Drain cleaning & prep
We hydro-jet the line to remove roots, scale, and debris. A clean pipe is essential for the liner to bond properly.
Step 3
Liner installation
The resin-saturated BRAWOLINER® is inserted through your existing cleanout access point and inflated to conform to the pipe walls.
Step 4
UV curing & pressure test
A UV light train is pulled through the liner, curing it in minutes — not hours. We then run a post-installation camera and pressure test to confirm a perfect seal before we leave.

UV curing — faster, stronger, more reliable
Most CIPP contractors use ambient or steam curing, which takes hours and is sensitive to temperature — a real problem in Ottawa Valley winters. BSure uses UV light curing: a UV light train is pulled through the installed liner, triggering an immediate photochemical reaction that hardens the resin in minutes, not hours. The result is a more consistent cure, a harder finished pipe, and a job that's done the same day — regardless of the weather outside.

UV light triggers an instant photochemical reaction. The liner goes from soft to fully structural in a fraction of the time of heat or ambient curing.
Works in any weather
Unlike steam or ambient curing, UV curing is not affected by cold temperatures. Critical for Ottawa Valley winters where ground temperatures can drop well below zero.
More consistent cure quality
